Flexible Cancellation Policy

• More than 120 Days Prior: Cancellations made more than 120 days before the conference incur a $200 administrative fee.
• Within 100 Days: No refunds for cancellations within 100 days; however, you may transfer your booking to a future event.
• Refund Processing: Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 60 days of the cancellation request.

Force Majeure & Unforeseen Events In case of natural disasters, industrial actions, terrorism, or other unforeseen circumstances leading to conference cancellation, registrations and accommodation bookings can be transferred to future events, but refunds will not be issued.

Visa Support Precision Global Conferences (PGC) provides Visa Support Letters for participants requiring a visa. Attendees are responsible for their visa applications.

Eligibility for a Visa Support Letter:
