Biography
David is a certified occupational hygienist, with a background in risk management, toxicology and leadership. He is also a public health researcher and a Doctor of Philosophy candidate at Curtin University of Technology, Western Australia.
He started his career with BHP and then worked for South32. His current employer is Mineral Resources limited, where he manages the occupational hygiene and radiation team to define and control workplace health exposures, for the prevention of occupational illnesses.
David is passionate about the role of science driving human civilisation, and the prevention of harm to human health and the environment. He is also passionate about the transforming power of leadership and governance for the progress of humanity.
