Liam Carter is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Environmental Science and Sustainability at Green Horizon University, with over a decade of research experience in urban ecology and sustainable infrastructure. His work focuses on the design, implementation, and evaluation of urban green infrastructure to address climate resilience and ecosystem health. Dr. Carter has led multiple interdisciplinary research projects funded by national and international agencies, collaborating with urban planners, ecologists, and community organizations across North America, Europe, and Asia. He has published over 30 peer-reviewed articles and book chapters on UGI, and frequently advises local governments on sustainable urban development policies. Dr. Carter holds a PhD in Environmental Science from the University of Washington and a Master’s in Urban Planning from Columbia University.
