Biography
Mathea Homme is a PhD research fellow in psychology at the University of Bergen, Norway. She is involved in the project “PM+ evidence-based intervention for problem management among refugees (PEIL-FORSK)”. The project aims to explore if former refugees, by going through training and guidance from authorized health care workers can contribute to better psychosocial health amongst newly arrived refugees in Norway. Other research interests include health behavior and health promotion, sexual health and diversity, cultural diversity and inclusion.
