Mukhtar Kulimbet is a medical researcher and the Head of the Publication Division at Asfendiyarov Kazakh National Medical University. He holds an MSc in Epidemiology from the United States and is currently pursuing a PhD in Public Health in Kazakhstan. With over 10 years of experience leading national and international clinical research projects, his expertise spans epidemiology, biostatistics, cardiovascular disease, and noncommunicable diseases.
