Biography
Dr. Rachel Shvartsur is a senior lecturer and Head of the M.S.N. program in the Department of Nursing at Ashkelon Academic College, southern Israel, and a postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Management at Bar-Ilan University. Her expertise is in epidemiological research and public health, with a particular focus on mental health in diverse populations. She has investigated topics such as the well-being of civilians under constant missile attacks, postpartum women, military families, nurses, and nursing students, as well as attitudes toward Posthumous Sperm Retrieval (PSR). Dr. Shvartsur’s work aims to inform public health policy through multidisciplinary collaboration.
