Tracy Maureen Rutogire is a Laboratory Leadership Fellow at the Uganda National Institute of Public Health with a Master’s in Public Health and a Bachelor’s in Medical Laboratory. "Regional Laboratory Support for Cholera Outbreak Response: Kasensero, Uganda, May 2024," highlights the role in coordinating timely laboratory services during the Kasensero cholera outbreak.
