The 2nd Edition of Public Health World Conference (PHWC) 2026 is the premier event for showcasing ongoing public health research, policies, and practices. This conference will bring together international experts, researchers, practitioners, and policymakers who will present diverse aims and provide the latest solutions to public health challenges. Whether in-person or virtual, participants can engage in conversations, present their research, and build relationships with other professionals.

Abstract Review and Selection
• Submission Deadline: Abstracts should be submitted through the conference site or by email before the deadline.
• Review Process: Abstracts shall be assessed by the organizing committee based on:

• Clarity and coherence
• Acceptance Notification: Authors should register by the Registration Deadline to confirm attendance.
Registration
• Process: All participants must register online through https://www.publichealthworldconference.com/registration.php
•Payment Methods: Credit Card, Bank Transfer, etc.
•Confirmation: Confirmation emails with event information and payment slips will be sent to registered participants.
Speaker Guidelines
•Presentation Length: 20 minutes per oral presentation, including a 5-minute Q&A session.
•Format: Presentations should be in PowerPoint or PDF format and submitted before the event.
On-Site Speakers:
Be there at least 30 minutes before your session.
Schedule setup time with the session chair.
Virtual Speakers:
Have an excellent internet connection.
Utilize a microphone and a camera for compelling audio and video.
Poster Guidelines
• Submission: Digital posters (PDF or Image format) must be submitted at least 10 days before the conference.
• Physical Posters:
Posters must be mounted in the poster area before the start of the conference.
Mounting material will be available.
Presenters are encouraged to be present during the poster session for questions.
Certification
•A certificate with name and affiliation as recorded by us will be given to participants.
• The session chair or co-chair will hand over certificates at the close of the conference.
•E-certificates will be sent within 2-3 working days post-conference.
•Non-registered co-authors will not receive a certificate.

• Submission Deadline: Send a digital copy (PDF or image file) at least 10 days before the conference.
•Poster Setup: Hard copy posters must be mounted in the allocated space before the start of the conference. Instructions will be given on arrival.
•Poster Design: Include clear and professional information, such as objectives, methodology, results, and conclusions. Employ visual aids such as graphs and charts to help with comprehension.
•Presenter Participation: Presenters should attend their session to present their work and respond to participants' questions.
Best Oral Presentation Award
The Best Oral Presentation Award recognizes scientists presenting engaging and meaningful presentations on public health.
Eligibility Criteria
•The presenter must be the corresponding author or one of the authors of the work being presented.
•All oral presentations presented at PHWC 2026 are eligible for the award automatically.
Evaluation Criteria

•Presentation Skills: Engagement, clarity of expression, and ability to convey complex ideas well.
•Visual Support: Using slides, graphics, or visual aids effectively to clarify.
•Logical Structure: Properly structured presentation, including introduction, methodology, findings, and conclusions.
•Q&A Performance: Effective and well-prepared answers to questions from the audience.
Presentation Rules
• Submission Requirement: Send electronic presentations 10 days prior to online availability.
• Time Management: Every presenter shall be assigned a specific amount of time to speakbeforetailed level.
